I’ve been using the Creatine Monohydrate 500g from MST for a few months now and I’m really satisfied with the quality. The powder is very fine, mixes easily in water or my post-workout shake, and doesn’t leave any gritty texture.
After about 2–3 weeks of consistent use, I noticed better strength performance and slightly improved recovery between sets. No stomach issues, no bloating — just clean creatine that does its job.
The 500g size is also very practical and lasts a long time, especially if you use 3–5g daily. Overall, great quality product and I’ll definitely reorder.
