Recommended dosage:

On training days, dissolve 1 serving (6.5 g, approx. 1 scoop) in 300 ml of cold water and consume before training. On non-training days, consume one serving in the morning after waking up. Do not exceed the stated recommended daily intake.

Ingredients:

L-Leucine 38.5%, L-Isoleucine 19.2%, L-Valine 19.2%, acidifier (citric acid), inulin, flavoring, sweetener (sucralose), emulsifier (lecithins [sunflower]).
