Unless otherwise specified in the respective offer, delivery within Germany takes place within 3–5 working days, and for international deliveries within 5–7 working days after conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed prepayment, after receipt of your payment instruction).

Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays and public holidays.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship all goods together in one shipment, unless otherwise agreed. In this case, the delivery time will be determined by the item with the longest delivery time in your order.

If you pay in advance, we grant you a 0% discount on the gross value of the goods ordered.

Customs, import duties, and taxes – important information for international orders

We want to inform our customers transparently about possible additional costs for orders abroad. Depending on the destination country and the order value, import charges such as value-added tax (VAT) or customs duties may apply, which are not included in the product price or shipping costs.

Region / Country Details
🇪🇺 EU deliveries (e.g., France, Italy, Poland, Spain, etc.) No customs duties within the EU. For orders over approx. €120, local taxes (VAT) may be charged by the recipient country. These are usually collected by the shipping company upon delivery.
🇬🇧 United Kingdom Since Brexit, the UK is a third country. From £0 order value, UK VAT applies. From £135 order value, customs duties may also apply. These charges must be paid by the buyer directly to the delivery service upon delivery.
🇨🇭 Switzerland Swiss VAT (7.7%) may apply from approx. €60 order value. Additional customs costs may arise depending on the product type. Processing is usually carried out by Swiss Post or the courier service.
🇳🇴 Norway VAT (25%) and possibly customs duties may apply. These will be calculated by the delivery service and charged upon delivery.

All import duties, VAT, or customs charges are the responsibility of the customer and will not be covered by FI FITNESS INSPIRATION GMBH (MST Nutrition). Please check the regulations in your country before placing your order.
